India will host Australia for a bilateral T20 series in the next month of November 2023, the India Cricket Authority (BCCI) has stated. The dates and locations for the next India vs. Australia T20 series in 2023 have been decided upon by the BCCI and Cricket Australia. The 5-match India vs. Australia T20 series in 2023 will take place from November to December.
The first T20 of India vs. Australia T20 series 2023 will take place on November 23 at the Dr. Y. S. Rajashekar Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium in Visakhapatnam. The second T20 match will thereafter be played at Greenfield International Stadium in Thiruvananthapuram on November 26 between the two teams. On November 28, the third T20 will take place at Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati, and on December 1st, the fourth T20 will be played between the two teams at Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium in Nagpur. On December 3, 2023, Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium in Hyderabad will host the series’ final game.
Although it had not yet been announced when this article was written, Hardik Pandya would likely assume the captaincy under Rahul Dravid’s direction. On the other hand, Pat Cummins, who will be coached by Andrew McDonald, will assume the role of captain for Australia. Australia is ranked sixth in the ICC T20 team rankings as of August 2023, whereas India is currently in first place.
